Parlor-Observation Car
It was originally built in 1935 for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad and brought up the rear of the B&O's "Royal Blue" passenger train (1935-37) that provided service from Washington, D.C., to Jersey City, NJ.
In the early 1940s it was operated by the GM&O where it was assigned to the "Abraham Lincoln" passenger service between Chicago, IL, and St. Louis, MO.
